At the December 24 meeting, the Committee members claimed the bill (Reg. No. 1574) suggests complying provisions of the Customs Code of Ukraine with changes that occurred in the system of central executive bodies in connection with reforming the system of mandatory state insurance.
In connection with merging the Fund of social insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases with the Fund social insurance on temporary disability and creating the Social Insurance Fund, the draft stipulates introducing respective amendments to article 590 "State compensation for damage caused by officials of revenue and duties bodies" of the Customs Code of Ukraine.
